1. Inherent sports risk reminder: All physical training involves unavoidable risks such as muscle strain, joint sprain, bruising and accidental falls. Customers must independently evaluate their own physical health status before using any fitness equipment.
2. Restricted user group notice: Customers suffering from hypertension, heart disease, cardiovascular illness, chronic joint injuries, pregnancy, acute illness, physical disability or long-term chronic medication must consult a qualified doctor before using fitness products; stop use immediately upon feeling dizziness, sharp pain or abnormal physical discomfort.
3. Mmachrono shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss or financial compensation arising from the following user behaviours:
   • Operating equipment beyond its official load limit, applicable scenarios and functional scope;
   • Unauthorised disassembly, refitting, structural modification or replacement of original spare parts against the official user manual;
   • Incorrect installation, improper placement, lack of regular safety inspection and continued use of aged, cracked or damaged products;
   • Insufficient pre-workout warm-up, irregular movement posture, excessive training volume and other non-standard workout habits;
   • Product deformation, fracture and secondary damage caused by improper storage, humid environment or violent external impact;
   • Physical discomfort and sports injuries resulting from individual physical differences and physical limitations.
4. Our warranty obligation only covers confirmed factory manufacturing defects. All losses caused by human error, improper operation and inherent sports risks shall be fully borne by the purchasing customer.

4. Supplementary Legal Provision for 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

1. Valid return applications must be submitted via uppokicuee@outlook.com within 30 calendar days after delivery; return requests submitted beyond this period will be rejected, except for goods with verified factory manufacturing defects covered by statutory warranty.
2. Returned merchandise must remain unused, unwashed, intact with original packaging, brand tags and complete matching accessories. Customised goods, clearance sale items and hygiene-sensitive products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. Buyers bear all return shipping fees unless returns are triggered by our dispatch error, wrong item delivery or confirmed factory quality defects.
